Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Regular reporting on the status of project, sub-contractor and contractor performance, resources, safety, environmental, schedule and support backup within projects
- Development of all assigned project plans, standards, policies and procedures
- Implement change management and supervisory processes across all construction related issues within projects
- Manage scoping and control resources affecting process, production and end dates, reviews, KPIs and completion processes
Selection Criteria:
- Significant experience on large scale oil and gas projects from both an owners and contractors perspective
- Proven experience with safety management systems and the application of HSSE principles on construction projects
- Proven experience overseeing a team to achieve outcomes
- Proven experience managing contractors in line with a contract for service
- Proven experience dealing with external parties ie landowners, third party contractors/consultants etc
- Proven experience in project control and reporting systems
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Chartered member of relevant engineering institution, or equivalent, desirable
