Description
Leading Investment Manager requires an individual for maternity cover contract to provide administrative support to their Front/Middle and Back Office divisions in relation to the set-up and maintenance of funds/broker information and Static Data.
Due to the successful take on of substantial amounts of new business which has involved the launch of new products and complex instruments, you will be required to:
* Set-up funds & brokers on principal systems
* Ensure integrity of static data within systems maintained by Investment Support
* Provide effective support to Front/Middle and Back Office Teams
* Work closely with internal/external clients to continuously assess their requirements. Ensure service level agreements are adhered to
* Maintain good relationships with external counterparties, regularly review outstanding issues to ensure a high level of service is received
* Identify control weaknesses relating to the Investment Support Function. Recommend and implement procedural and process change
* Assist with new developments and projects to improve efficiency and productivity
* Produce of management information on a weekly and monthly basis
Holders of the IAQ/IOC or IMC are highly desirable. You must be able to demonstrate experience in any of the following: Fund Launches/Product Launches, Static Data/Accounts Set-Ups, Transitions/Client Transfers or Fund Administration within an Investment/Asset Manager environment. A broad understanding of all asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Unit Trusts, OEICs, Pension Funds, Derivatives etc) is also highly desirable.
