Description
My client, a niche marketing organisation in SW London requires a part time HR Manager covering maternity for a period of 12 months. As the HR Manager you'll report into the Directors and be responsible for providing a reliable and comprehensive generalist HR service to the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide advice and support to managers and staff throughout the organisation ensuring best practice is followed.
- Performance management
- HR health check
- Provide a commercial consultative approach to the business
The ideal candidate will be a graduate member of the CIPD, have a sound knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation and best practice. Experience within a similar industry is desirable.
This opportunity is provided on a part time basis working three days p/week
