Description
A global technology client is currently seeking a System Security Analyst for the Sydney area. This could be a long term contract (6-12 months) but preferably a permanent position because of the large amount of work dealing with the system across the organization. There are great growth prospects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Administer the approval of all systems new user, modified user, static IP, partner access etc requests from approved representatives
* Generate specificatins of interfaces needed for various end users and work with developers on changes needed
*Periodically audit all Care system user data to ensure privileges meet role limits and customer data security integrity is maintained
*Security testing
*Change Management
Suitable Candidates will have:
* Seibel knowledge (version 6 or higher)
* Knowledge of applications used in call centres
* Stakeholder management
* Excellent documentation skills
* Having Oracle R11/R12 knowledge is a big plus but not necessary
