Your Project tasks include:
- Document required IT solutions, services, processes, and procedures
- Communicate and liaise with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure engineers and end users
- Analyse and document traceable requirements and manage through-out the project life cycle
- Interpret business user needs and clarify the project objectives
- Review solution designs and perform gap analysis
- Deliver process mapping in accordance to the tools, methodologies
- Employ techniques and tools in data analysis and Datamodelling
- At least 4+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Financial Services background
- IIBA methods - CBAP or CCBA
- ITIL Foundation
- Process Excellence and Business Process Transformation
- Experience in process modelling and business process reengineering
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to converse with both end-users and Technology staff
- Excellent documentation skills
- Trained expertise in Business and Solution Requirements Analysis
- Experience in the delivery of network infrastructure technology, preferably On-Demand or Cloud technologies
- Any knowledge of ITSMO processes, Six-sigma and PMI is beneficial
