Office Administrators, Harvey Nash's growing client based in Central Glasgow currently require a temporary (Potential for permanent role later) Office Manager/Administrator to commence a 3 month+ contract ASAP.
This established company are based in Central Glasgow and owing to expansion require a solid all-rounder who is seeking a varied role within a busy and continually growing office.
You will have responsibility for general administration (handling reception, travel bookings etc.) some basic office accounting/book-keeping (Purchase/Sales ledger, basic Sage), and facilities management of the office environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented administrator to work in a wide ranging and challenging position, and grow their skills as the office grows in future (Should the role be made permanent after initial contract).
