Major firm is seeking a highly skilled and technical IT service management specialist to oversee system administration tasks and daily operational and managing their party developers/system admins. Will be responsible for maintaining the existing environment, applications, and modules as well as developing functionality and modules for the Service-now application.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate general Service-Now administration with team and customer personnel.
Configure Service-Now processes such as Incident, Request, Change Problem, and Asset Management.
Oversee all data integration.
Use approved change management procedures to manage system upgrades to the production instance.
Plan and oversee or lead specific projects.
Requirements:
6 years. of IT experience with at least 2 years. experience working with Service-Now application in a similar role.
Strong process and project management experience.
Experience with IT service management components:
Incident response
Manage resources
Asset management
Comprehensive Audit
