Workstream Lead - Compliance/Legal - Bank
A great opportunity working across compliance/legal/regulatory areas of a leading global bank.
The Workstream Lead/Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management control and delivery of Business and IT projects with a value up to £3 million. Direct, manage and co-ordinate team members, including those from suppliers and external vendors.
*Accountable for creating project deliverables that meet or exceed the expectations of the project stakeholders. This includes managing changes to the size or scope of those deliverables.
*To clearly define and ensure continuity and traceability of the functional, non-functional requirements and processes as part of the overall definition of Compliance/Regulatory IT solutions to support business needs and objectives.
Required Experience
*Experience of Compliance/Regulation within a financial services environment
*Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques
*Good knowledge and experience of gathering business requirements and defining business designs/processes within financial organisations
*Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with Business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level
*Process mapping and requirements definition expertise
