We are recruiting an Outbound Sales Manager for our client in Glasgow city centre on a 6 month rolling basis offering a strong daily rate.
We are looking for a professional Contact Centre Sales Manager to ensure that all outbound/sales staff exceed their targets.
This is a truly pivotal role as the senior operational sales manager for the outbound activity on site, you will manage team leaders and outbound sales advisors, as well as achieving successful delivery of all performance targets. You will be tasked with producing and implementing new, (scalable, effective and fit-for-purpose) processes for the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the outbound team.
*Build an independent outbound sales silo from scratch in line with the company culture and values
*Leadership of the outbound sales unit to a new level of performance in terms of behaviours, activities and result
*Build a culture of excellence, with customer experience at the heart of all activity, where every call drives brand advocacy as well as sales returns
*Deliver daily, weekly and monthly sales volumes in line with all targets
*Develop, document, test and implement a range of processes that will allow the team to deliver on a consistent basis, including:
o Reporting frameworks
o KPI thresholds and measurement
o Target setting and goal setting documentation
o Coaching and continuous development plans (and tracking mechanisms)
o Performance action plans/performance management framework
o Bonus structure
o Absence management
o Quality measurement framework
The successful candidate will have a strong sales/operational background within a contact centre environment and be used to managing large volumes of FTE.
