Description
Subsea Project Manager required with our client in Aberdeen, a world leading Oil and Gas Company.
The project Manager provides input to the various stages of sales & bidding, project definition, execution and close out of the Projects and handover to Subsea Life cycle Services.
Responsibilities
Main point of contact to client.
Deliver projects to agreed time scale, budget and to specification.
Commercial & contractual aspects of the project & facilitate changes within contract T&Cs.
Provide management and leadership to Core Project Team
Project Commercial and Technical Risk assessment.
Manage Project team with regular review meetings.
Project Commercial and Technical Risk assessment.
Control of project budget & timescales, exercise cost control and manage cash flow..
Progress report to client and to company management as required.
Work with Project cost controller to provide cost/margin reports
Skills and experience
Demonstrable relevant experience including multi-discipline and various project sizes and scope - preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Degree in engineering or equivalent.
Subsea experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge in SAP (ERP system) and Primavera Planning Tools.
Project Management Institute membership preferred.
