A major international bank is looking for a Credit Risk IRB Manager. The Credit Risk IRB Manager will be part of a complex risk transformation team tasked with managing and measuring the capital requirements for the bank, along with securing IRB status. The Credit Risk IRB Manager will work across all capital impairment teams and closely with a decision science function to establish relevant reports, documents, process, and models.
Required experience
Previous Credit Risk Analyst/Lead Analyst/Manager experience is a must have
Previous experience of working with the FSA, or similar governing body is highly desirable
Candidates who have been part of a successful IRB waiver application process will be preferred.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills - the role will work very closely with the FSA
Previous Retail banking credit risk modelling experience is highly desirable.
Very strong communicator, must be able to demonstrate a consultative, collaborative approach.
Candidates must be available within a 4 week start period.
