Resourcing PMO - Edinburgh - Banking - Up to £320 per day
A leading UK bank requires a Resourcing PMO/Analyst to join a major retail banking programme based in Edinburgh.
The purpose of the Resource Analyst is:
- Work with Programme Leads to identify contractor resource requirements for the duration of the Programmes.
- Liaise with Programme Leads to communicate any changes to the contractor recruitment process eg new rate cards, Group wide cost cutting policies.
- Initiate new contractor requests and contract extensions via approval governance.
- Liaise with Central resource management to request for CVs, arrange interviews and offer roles.
- Manage resource MI to accurately reflect the resource on each Programme. Including rates, Line Managers, contract expiry dates, work location etc.
To be considered you will be an experienced resource analyst or PMO resource with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have previously worked in a PMO structure and will be experienced working with external agencies and suppliers.
You will also possess excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and will have high levels of attention to detail. Retail banking experience would be highly advantageous.
