Resourcing Manager/Analyst - Edinburgh - Banking - Up to £440 per day
A leading UK bank requires a Resourcing Manager to join a major retail banking programme based in Edinburgh.
You will be accountable for the following:
1) Manage relationships with Cost Management Units.
2) Submit and manage resource requests through governance for internal approval by senior stakeholders and CMU.
3) Work with several programmes across the Change Portfolio to identify resource requirements.
4) Challenge resource requirements where necessary.
5) Work with FTE Redeployment Manager to identify redeployment opportunities for contractors and permanent colleagues.
To be considered you will possess extensive governance experience, ideally within financial services. You will have excellent Microsoft Project skills and will be confident dealing with high level stakeholders. Experience working as a resourcing manager would be highly advantageous.
