A market leading Banking organisation is looking for a number of individuals to manage the design, development and delivery of campaigns for the Bank within their Wealth & International Division.

As part of the Campaign team within Brands & Marketing you will be responsible for the timely planning, development and delivery of integrated communications campaigns to support achievement of business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the Bank's Brands or UK & International Wealth campaigns (across the full media mix and channel range) to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Support the continual refinement of media plans for allocated campaigns to ensure the best possible results. Continually develop campaigns within remit through the development and execution of detailed test plans.
  • Work closely with Customer Effectiveness to appraise the performance of allocated campaigns. Identify and implement changes to drive up performance.
  • Work closely with the Customer Insights team to maintain a comprehensive market/consumer knowledge, and ensure all communications are grounded in genuine customer insight.
  • Management of third party agencies and suppliers to deliver cost effective, on brand/brief advertising to agreed business and brand objectives. Develop clear and directive creative briefs and brief external agencies as required for all customer communications including direct marketing.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • * Strong ATL and/or BTL communications experience.
  • * Experience of creative development and media planning.
  • * Practical marketing experience gained within an agency or company.
  • * Ability to interpret and present sales and brand MI.
  • * Good interpersonal skills both internally and externally
