RESOURCING SPECIALIST - ENERGY - SUNBURYA leading Energy client require a Resourcing Specialist to work closely with HR and line managers, to act as subject matter expert for all for all in region recruitment.
Accountabilities:
Engages with HR and Line Managers to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives. Prioritises effectively to deliver both key People Plan objectives and solutions to unique local resourcing challenges.
Supports the outcomes of the local business Talent Review process and implements resourcing action plans to support upgrade hiring and filling of key roles in a time and cost efficient manner. Places priority on ensuring that upgrade hires and filling key roles are sourced effectively and staff are hired.
Supports HR in executing integrated staffing plans for functions; aware of all relevant redeployment and strategic change activity to ensure delivery of right skills, bench strength and pipeline
Experience:
Significant in-house recruitment experience managing high volume permanent recruitment (circa 100 roles/year).
A demonstrable track record of success in delivering multiple hands-on UK based recruitment programmes over a 6-12 month period.
Knowledge and experience of recruiting in the UK market for multiple job disciplines, including those with a heavy engineering bias.
Able to show specific examples of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct building PSLs, recruitment advertising, web tools, ERP etc).
Significant experience in developing and delivering recruitment MI on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
