An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, based in London. The Strategic Communications Manager will act as the communications lead for senior officials and Ministers to develop communications both internally and externally across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing appropriate external and internal communications covering a range of activities and issues
- Provide advice on a wide range of communications issues to senior management and ministers
- Lead virtual communications teams to deliver creative promotional communications
- Provide internal communications support all channels to encourage participation in corporate and directorate wide initiatives
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Experience of working in a senior communications position
- Experience of working with Ministers in private and press office environment
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge an understanding of transport industry, in particular the rail industry
Candidates will preferably have had experience of within the rail industry and will be comfortable liaising with senior individuals and ministers.
