Business Focussed CRM Business Analyst required to join for one of the worlds largest Media Broadcasters.
The CRM Business Analyst will be required to undertake all CRM Business requirements gathering and analysis end 2 end Solution design (including software package identification) to meet CRM requirements as well as designing processes to enable use of CRM capability.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills along with stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills.
You will have ideally have worked with Salesforce.com, Lithium, Radian6 and Eloqua
