Roc Search's client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a client in Ireland, Dublin.

As the Service Delivery Manager you will focus on continued engagement with 3rd parties and technology partners across UK & Ireland. Within this role you will look to work closely with the 3rd party on changing road maps for the organisation and from these creating strategic reports moving forward. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the CTO based in the UK on progression and plans that have been laid out to improve the end to end customer experience and overall service improvement.
Essential skills:
*Extensive experience dealing and working closely with 3rd parties at a high level
*5 - 10 years' experience in telecoms
*Intelligent Network Experience (IN)
*Understanding of ITIL
