This role supports two Areas working with the Area Controller to ensure forecast accuracy through pipeline analysis and proactively maximise revenue. This role is also key to ensuring that Sales Achievement is mapped to the correct Area, Sector and Sales Rep. This person would also provide ad hoc training and reporting as required.

Detailed Tasks
* Forecast - attend forecast call and submit and promote OAL forecast into SFA cube. Highlight any discrepancies in SA that impact forecast (eg late rebates). Assist with POS To Go Forecasting.
* Pipeline review and integrity - working with sales support to ensure CRM Hygiene. Providing pipeline analysis and reports (eg Deals size and coverage analysis)
* Discount and Margin analysis - Prepare quarterly margin bridges and analyse discounting trends by Area, Sector and Major Accounts
* Distribution Inventory planning - working with distribution team and Acct Managers to ensure distribution orders are sufficient to maximize POS/Revenue and provide input on forecast calls
* MFG/Revenue Maximization backlog prioritizations and expedites. Monitor and validate date managed quote (RMQs)
* Provide Book Ship forecasts to corporate through Order status, tracking, shipments (Book/Ship analysis)
* Backlog management - utilize the Large Deal Tracker to ensure that request dates are met and revenue is maximised
* Named Account List - consolidation of changes
* Through mapping process support Unified Customer Master and Account list segmentation and analysis (ie customer dashboard)
* SA/Compensation Mapping including:
Ensure that all transactions are assigned to the correct Sales Rep.
Resolve SA Queries/Booking Rep Queries (Comp Help Desk)
Ensure that any amends are validated and processed
* Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis requests
* Local Business Process communicating and governance

Skills Required
Self Starter, Part Qualified Accountant with 3 -5 years Finance experience
Good analytical and spreadsheet and business process skills
Good communication skills
Commercial experience a must
