Our client a leading financial services company is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Change Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you as Change Manager to be responsible for working across a Business Intelligence program, where there is a need to drive change, and you will manage the roll out of new measures, data, reports and tools to users across the business.
This role involves the professional use of project management disciplines and tools to ensure the initiatives are aligned to organisational and technology strategy and the program also needs to include the values and achievement of costs and benefits. You will be working with SME's to ensure all necessary change initiatives are made and are consistent across all areas. You will produce appropriate communication pieces for all aspects of this change process and will plan training, methodology and approach.
To be considered for this role you will have the following
- Previous experience in an IT Change Manager role with experience of planning and delivering change
- Be able to identify all impacts including organisational change and readiness and be able to develop transition plans
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
- Able to build Change management strategies
- Strong knowledge in defining and producing change deliverables
- A proven ability to engage with all levels of the business
- Previous experience designing and documenting change management communication materials
- Familiar with project methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok
- Knowledge of Change Management models and concepts including, Change readiness, Communications Strategies and Governance models
- Prefer knowledge of Business Intelligence
