Position: SAP Delivery Lead
Duration: 6 months
Location: Sweden
Job Description
- Lead the SAP service delivery team, identify and analyze user requirements within the SAP ECC and CRM and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage and coordinate the resolution of incidents and problems, ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables and develop a sound relationship with the customer.
- Planning: Plan tasks for self and team members, monitor and report periodic outputs both to the customer and to internal HCL organization. Risk management and issue resolution, develop plans for minor enhancements/change requests.
- Incident and problem management of SAP tickets; quality control of deliverables; analyse customer change requests, develop options and plans; execute plans, with the team, change requests/minor enhancement;
- Test management and release to SAP clients,; query responses; ensure that tools and processes are adopted and followed;
- Participate in training and development of user community;
- Ensure that documentation is updated;
- Support the knowledge transition to offshore team;
- Support the capability teams
- support the business development teams and develop collaterals
- Communications: interactions with customer stakeholders, other internal and external customer vendors, and local and offshore teams
