Description
An experienced Strategy Manager is urgently required by this major financial organisation to drive and support the delivery of key strategic projects which adds value to the organisation.
As part of the role, the Strategy Manager will be working with colleagues in the Strategy team and the business team to identify the key issues that need to be resolved across priority areas, supporting the issue analysis and problem structuring elements of the overall project by taking the lead for core areas of work and undertaking core analysis and commercial evaluation of opportunities and priorities.
The role will also facilitating and enabling workshops, discussions and working sessions with colleagues with a clear focus on engagement and output and involve researching both the internal and external business environments, identifying key issues that may impact their current strategy.
The Strategy Manager must have significant experience in strategy development or consultancy and have the ability to lead analytical problem solving and the formulation of practical and robust recommendations.
