RECRUITMENT ADVISOR VACANCY
1 month SURREY
NHS IMMEDIATE START £14 an hour
I am currently representing a NHS organisation who are currently looking for an experienced recruitment advisor to join their busy team.
The Recruitment Advisor duties will include:
*End to end recruitment for clinical commissioning for senior vacancies
*Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to senior line and departmental managers, and advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
*Advertising - prepare job descriptions and personnel specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
*Selection - you will screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
*Work with line managers within your the organisation on other generalist HR duties
The successful candidate will need to have proven experience within the NHS organisation within a similar role. Knowledge of NHS jobs is advantageous. If you are interested please can you send me a copy of your up to date CV.
