Global SAP HR Project Manager - SAP HR
Montash Associates have been engaged by a leading Mining & Exploration organisation to source and secure a Global SAP HR Project Manager. The SAP HR Project Manager will be joining a global organisation from inception and will be working on group wide SAP implementation. The Consultant will need an exception background within a global organisation, ideally Mining, Oil & Gas, Exploration and in engaging Senior Stakeholders up to board level. The Project Manager will need a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations and solid understanding of the SAP HR module.
Languages are strong attributes to this individual; English (mandatory), Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (preferable), Brazilian (preferable)
Background:
- Strong experience within a Global Organisations; Mining, Oil & Gas, Exploration
- SAP HR implementation experience, minimum 3 full life cycles
- Solid global experience
- Flexibility to travel globally
- Design a localised model, aligned to the global template for the SAP HR implementation
- English (mandatory), Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (preferable), Brazilian (preferable)
- Experience of working with the Group Blueprinting team
