Compliance Manager
We currently have an urgent requirement for a Compliance professional to provide compliance analysis and advice to all areas of a PPI programme including BAU.
The Skills/experience needed for this particular compliance manager include:
- Good understanding of PPI products and complaints processes.
- Has worked in a compliance/regulatory advice function - and is particularly conversant with PS10/12
- Understands the challenges of working in a review of past business environment This person may have Worked at the regulator or an underwriter (insurer) or its administrator.
- Ability to assess and advise on regulation in a way that ensures NBS' compliance; TCF goals and achieves a commercially sensible outcome
- Ability to influence the project when times are tough - Can operate independently and will 'roll their sleeves up and get on with the job' - Is able to work at all levels of the organisation in a technical capacity.
