- Overall experience of 8-12 years
- Should have delivered at least 3 Oracle Applications full cycle implementation Projects
- Should have extensive experience in Oracle E-business Suite HCM Suite across modules
- Should review project deliverables and provide quality assurance
- Preferred to be PMP certified
- Should have capability to prepare and deliver high impact presentation to the steering committee
- Ability to interact with HR Functional Unit Head and other high level executives
- Have demonstrated skills in:
o Project Scope Management
o Project Schedule, Effort and Cost Management
o Stakeholder Management
o Risk/Issue Management
o Communication Management
o Resource Management - Should be result oriented person
- Should have experience in Onsite/Offshore delivery model
- Should be able to manage multi-cultural team
- Demonstrated the delivery capability with high quality standard
- Willingness to work on project with aggressive timeline
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to travel on short term/long term
- Must be willing to relocate onsite/offshore
