The opportunityFor the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring security and business controls are in place for networking equipment and customer environments. You will be responsible for security applications, Firewall implementation and support, problem determination, resolution and project implementation work. This position is part of the Network Services Delivery Group and is responsible for all delivery, network and security assessment certification and compliance.
Your skill set
- Technical skill set: Trend micro email gateway, DNS appliances, Websense web content, Proxies, RSA authentication, Blue Coat proxies, Eracoms, Encryptors, Unix and Scripting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of analytical ability and creativity in resolving 2nd and 3rd level problems
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
