Identity And Access Management Monitoring & Control Officer/Functional Analyst
My client is a leading industry specialist work in their Access Management Shared Service Center that serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access rights and reduce security risks by offering adequate solutions and services for access management within the Group.
The main drivers are:
Regulatory compliance and security demands for an adequate protection against information security threats (eg fraud; access to confidential data; etc.)
Need for swifter and more streamlined management of cross-border and cross-entity access requests
Risk Reduction/Security Improvement
Sharing and stimulating best practices in logical access management within the group
Objective of the job
To guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.
To help understand & monitor performance and risks and to support the achievement of:
the IAM business drivers,
the objectives of the Access Management Shared Service Centre
The Monitoring & Control Officer is mainly responsible for
the definition and the implementation of the Monitoring & Control framework (processes, tooling, governance)
the delivery and management of periodic & punctual, comprehensive and consistent security monitoring & control information
the delivery of ad hoc analysis
the support and development of the necessary models, tools & reporting
the support to Business Security Officers & Business Information Security Officer while preparing and performing Security Controls
Language requirement
Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English)
Required knowledge and experience
University graduate.

Technical experience required
Mandatory:
1-2 years experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
Excellent experience with MS Excel, MS Access tool and SQL requests
Sound knowledge of MS SQL, query languages (MS SQL) and reporting tool (eg BO)
Preferable:
Expertise in MS Active Directory, WebSphere, Mainframe, Unix
Functional experience required
