ERP Project Administrator

This is a great new opportunity to join a FTSE 250 company on a fixed term contract to support a Global ERP implementation project by supporting the ERP Project Management Office. You will be involved in various administration and coordination tasks.

You will be working as a key member of the Central Global ERP Program team and being responsible for organising meetings, travel and accommodation, taking and producing project meeting minutes, compiling and tracking project financial information against budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for collating project reports, filing of records and administration, being responsible for general project statistical analysis and maintaining project team organisation charts. You will also be involved in administration of project issue, risk change and key decision logs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing project administrative support to a project management team on a large/global project. You will have strong PC literacy including solid MS Office skills. You will have junior project management experience and an in-depth understanding of project management methodology (eg Prince2).

We are looking for an excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, highly organised with an excellent attention to detail. You should be effective when working to tight deadlines with finite resource and uncertainty.

Languages other than English would be of great advantage. You should be available for occasional overseas travel.
