Purpose of role:
The functional SAP consultant role on deployment will be required to validate business requirements against a core design, define business process models for implementing the core design; provide input into definition of additional design items not covered under the core design. Deploy the Client Business Solution into a given business unit(s). This role is specific to the Client functional area of SAP HR, Time and Payroll Modules.
Key Consultant Criteria:
The Position is for a very Senior HR, Time and payroll Consultant. Preferably more than 4 years and 2 full project implementations with the ability to demonstrate broad knowledge in all aspects of a SAP implementation.
The ideal candidate will have to be able to show strong related technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure quality implementation and integration between HR, Time and payroll.
Understanding and applying a full project life cycle and methodology starting with Blueprint, Realisation, Final Preparation and Go Live. Understanding of the key activities and deliverables for phases including Business Process Design, Technical Specifications, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Site Testing, Configuration Migration in order to achieve successful Production Cutover and Business Handover.
SAP HR, Time and Payroll business process and configuration experience
- Specific SAP Modules:
- HR
- Time evaluation
- Payroll
- Demonstrated ability to have implemented HR, Time and Payroll solutions in multiple industries
- French speaking would be preferred.
Specific skills/specialities:
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:
- Preference is for candidate to have existing Mining and Mineral processing implementation experience.
- Deployment is customer facing requiring good communication skills and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- Be able to operate independently.
- Preferred Technical Background.
- XI integration.
- Functional integration experience into:
- Finance
- HSE
- Proven application of recognised implementation methodologies is preferred
