ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual solid and experienced IT Business Analyst with Scrum Methodology
Perform quality control function and also have experience with basic SQL queries
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required
5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator Minimum 3 years of relevant development life cycle experience as an Agile Business Analyst, developing web and mobile applicationsFacilitate and manage monthly agile development sprint planning meetings
Document new features, requirements, and strategies as user stories and acceptance criteria
Work with business owners to prioritize feature development, based on business value
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization including senior management Strong customer service approach when working with business and technical partners
