Compliance Project Manager (financial)
Our client, a leading financial organisation is looking for a Compliance Project Manager to join their team. As Compliance Project Manager you will design and implement a framework to manage four domains including AML (Anti Money Laundering), Market Abuse, Conflict of Interest and Data Protection. You will define policies, trainings, controls and monitoring measures. You will also define to project plan, budget, milestones, business interviews, and recommendations to ensure delivery of above mentioned frameworks by the end of 2012. Another responsibility of Compliance Project Manager is to help build team members' knowledge of these topics and support raising the awareness of these four domains (including AML (Anti Money Laundering), Market Abuse, Conflict of Interest and Data Protection).
Compliance Project Manager (financial) skills required:
- Relevant background experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML), Conflict of interest, Market abuse or Data protection (minimum of two)
- Experience working in a compliance department, ideally financial
- Autonomous, proactive, strong communication skills, results oriented
- Risk aware, able to project manage, willing to travel to Paris and London on a regular basis
- Strong sense of initiative
