Customer Insight/CRM analytics consultant x2 required urgently - £400-£500 - Norwich - urgent contract! 3month contract with extensions to follow
Timothy James Consulting are currently recruiting Customer Insight/CRM analytics roles for a market leading client
Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer insight/CRM analytics consultant to work for a leading organisation in a cross-Channel function; Direct Mail, Email, Outbound, and SMS. The successful candidate will be utilising core data analytics, working with large data sets, propensity models, and segmentation to enhance direct marketing activity
This role allows the successful candidate to work in a direct marketing function, providing an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and marketing skills.
Role:
Effective selection and delivery of all customer/ex-customer/enquire/prospect campaign data for marketing and renewal/service campaigns, adhering to campaign requirements.
Manage a variety of campaigns, managing relationships with campaign planners and marketers, to ensure timely delivery of accurate data
Support the development, delivery, and maintenance of all data & campaign selection principles, standards templates, and guidelines.
Interpretation of campaign briefs into optimised campaign selections for Direct Mail, Email, Outbound, SMS
Improve campaign management processes
Skills and experience:
Prior experience of CRM/CVM
Insurance/Financial Services industry experience
Excellent campaign management, marketing campaign selection and delivery experience
Excellent data interpretation and manipulation skills
Excellent knowledge of marketing concepts and campaign tools
SAS/SPSS/SQL/Chordiant analytical experience
Direct marketing experience is desirable
This is a 3month contract initially, with the view to extend further
