Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Network Performance Team Lead for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company for a Contract Position based in the UKJob Description:
Responsible for quality, performance and service improvement of the RAN managed services to achieve the agreed contract service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• To monitor the production infrastructure performance and generate network performance and usage reports
• Manage the on-going optimisation and traffic management of the 2G & 3G networks
• To identify changes and new thresholds for service performance metrics
• Effectively manage the Performance management process
• Identify, produce and implement the required processes and procedures for the Performance Optimisation team
Qualifications:
• Minimum BSCS/BSEE/IT degree or other relevant engineering degree required (Additional experience can be a compensating factor in the absence of the optimal level of education)
• Extensive operations experience and have a comprehensive understanding of methodologies and operating systems applicable to highly effectively managing service in the wireless sector.
• Excellent computer and electronic skills.
• Demonstrated time management, project management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent documentation and communication skills.
