Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Work Force Management Process Lead for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company for a Contract Position based in the UKJob Description
Responsible for defining the processes and system solutions to manage the lifecycle of work assignments or work orders carried out by the workforce in a manner that protects services and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Define efficiency evolution strategy for current workforce
• Define and develop visual field operation (GPS based solutions) and intelligent scheduling solutions.
• Define and deliver mitigating manual processes and plans as risk management associated with system failures.
• Define and deliver associated process, system requirements and solutions for forecasting analysis
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Work Force Management principles disciplines and processes.
• Understanding of Service Management and relevant industry standards (ITIL/eTOM).
• Significant experience in a Work Force Management function for a large scale field based organization a bonus.
• 3rd Level Qualification (ideally in engineering or Project Management or other suitable qualifications).
