We are currently seeking a career oriented individual for the role of Compliance Associate (CA) to be based in our London office.
The CA works closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure the smooth on boarding of our contractors into their new roles at our clients sites.
The CA's role is to manage the onboarding process by:
* Preparing and issuing new starter paperwork and contractor agreements
* Conducting references checks on contractors work history
* Meeting with the new contractors to assess and administer documentation
* Having official documents certified such as passports, birth certificates, qualifications HMRC documents etc.
* Ensuring that the onboarding process is constantly moving and that the various stakeholders are kept up to date of the process
* Ensuring compliance with our clients and our internal onboarding processes
The role requires individuals who have a high level of customer service and motivation who are proficient in the collection of data and systems administration. It is important that the CA has very good attention to detail and has the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
Some further key tasks and responsibilities of the role are:
* To keep the contractor database up to date
* To complete monthly and weekly audit reports on the current contractor database
* To assist with contractor queries in relation to the new starter process
