*Leading Computer Hardware Brand Seeks Analyst With Training Specialty!*
For this contract position, you will be responsible for training, communications and management of stakeholder in support of Enterprise Identity & Access management integration with our client's Customer Registration and Profile management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stakeholder communication
- Stakeholder impact Analysis
- Process documentation
- Training
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead a large group and address the priority topics, bring the group together, help remove roadblocks, escalate as necessary
- Ability to create and deliver training material, which could include job aides and screen shots to convey complex concepts
- Ability to create new processes and update existing ones based on new policies
- Strong negotiation skills to bring multiple stakeholders to an agreement
- Ability to learn quickly
- Business acumen
