PROJECT SCOPE/TASKS
The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks:
Review Investment Expense Allocations
o Review any necessary documentation and methodology
o Provide recommendations, if applicable. Based on changes to other recommended cost allocation methodologies
o Deliver presentations to the FINO Initiative Steering Committee as needed
Design Administration Cost Allocation Model
o Design a cost allocation model for administrative costs
o Collaborate and communicate with project team and FINO Leadership any recommendations and implementation steps
o Validate cost groupings and payer/trust groupings
o Design and implement cost allocations model tools for administrative expenses
o Document new model policies and procedures
o Knowledge transfer and cross train
o Deliver presentations to the FINO Initiative Steering Committee as needed
Determine Other Cost Allocation Methodology
o Validate allocations to be modified
o Design Project and Building allocation models
o Define materiality for allocation review
o Calculate impact & review with CFO/impacted trusts
o Update allocation model, process documents, knowledge transfer
o Design project cost allocation methodology and project template
o Deliver presentations to the FINO Initiative Steering Committee as needed
