Description
The Sourcer will work closely with the recruiters and consult with hiring managers in assisting in the selection of the best candidates using a variety of tools to source candidates. The Sourcer will implement a sourcing plan and strategy of this group to ensure that goals are met.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
5 plus years of Sourcing/recruiting experience required.
Solid organization and time management skills required
Strong project management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management
Demonstrate initiative and deliver results.
