IT Process Documentation Specialist:
We are looking for an IT Process Analyst to help us define our process and procedures within our IT organization. This is a long term contract role where you will work with a SME in each department to document and develop process solutions and standardization within the groups. You will also identify, plan, perform, and implement process improvement solutions for the IT departments. An example would be building a document that outlines the process for imaging a laptop or getting a users log-in information.
You should have the following to qualify:
- Bachelors Degree in applicable area or relative work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing process improvements preferably in an IT environment.
- Project management and project life cycle experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
