Ihre Aufgaben:
- Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
- Efficient and high quality handling of GMDS* data maintenance tasks in compliance with established routine processes
- Maintain material master and market independent master data in SHAPE*, following established maintenance processes
- Communicate to GMD* contacts worldwide
- Support users worldwide in case of any issues
- Permanently check and improve GMD data quality
- Conduct monthly quality checks
- In case of any issues within routine regarding processes, rules and guidelines, contact affected Local Master Data Management and give additional explanation
- Support in various project activities
- Preparation of migration materials in country SHAPE rollout
- Support the GMD process improvement projects
Ihre Qualifikation
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Tools, especially excel knowledge (handling of huge data files)
- Basic knowledge within SAP ERP, SAP SCM APO and BI preferable
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility, team spirit, self-discipline
- Ability to perform routine tasks independently and effectively
- Experience in the area of master data handling preferable
- Education: Technical college or equivalent education
- Languages: English fluent required, German nice-to-speak
