Our client is a leading oil and gas company with an international presence. They currently require a Senior Finance Analyst for a 12 month contract. The role is to manage the day to day budgetary aspects of a substantial IT and transition project and will include: Supporting thr Financial Management processes run on behalf of the project; Financial reporting on actual spend; tracking invoices and correctly allocating against the correct cost centre; business partnering project teams to ensure accurate forecasting; Financial control and adherence to process; Improving the reporting process and other ad-hoc analysis as required. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen and technical skills. An oil and gas background would also be highlyt advantageous, as would strong SAP and Excel skills.
