Ihre Aufgaben:
- Check of CRO proposals for clinical outsourcing
- Evaluation of all points related to clinical research, incl. GCP standards
- Negotiation and execution of vendor contracts and budgets with vendors
- Cooperation with the respective Legal Department
- Negotiation and execution of Clinical Trial Agreements
- Development of contractual outsourcing templates and training in outsourcing procedures
