Description: CMMS Implementation Manager
Responsibilities include:
Roll out a CMMS (with a full scale Preventative Maintenance System) to various plants in North America, and possibly in Europe.
Develop standardized equipment hierarchy, failure codes, and a Preventative Maintenance Program, with detailed job plans for process manufacturing plants; in order to improve safety, product quality, production efficiency and labour/material effectiveness.
Supervise and review the work of others to ensure consistency and standardization in the system's design.
Provide necessary training to end users.
Participate in the Corporate Steering Committee for the project.
Requirements:
Over 5 years experience in a Process Manufacturing Environment
Over 3 years of Project Management experience
Sound knowledge of TPM, TQM, Process Mapping and Failure Analysis
Successfully developed Preventative Maintenance Program, Lubrication Program, Job Plans and Failure Codes for process manufacturing facilities
Completion of University Degree in Engineering
Fluent in oral and written English
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD and CMMS (Maximo an asset)
