Description
Requirements:Contractor will customize syllabus based on pre-training consultation with Service Management sponsor. It is Agency's intention to optimize training time by removing or abbreviating ITIL topics not directly relevant to the implementation project.
Contractor shall provide a total of 72 hours of training. Training will consist of three, three-day sessions.
Each training session will consist of 24 hours (three contiguous business days) of classroom instruction.
Topics of training shall include Configuration Management, Release Management, and Asset Management.
The successful candidate must be an ITIL v3 Certified Trainer in good standing. An exceptionally qualified candidate holding an ITIL Expert or ITIL Master level certification may be considered.
