SAP Cutover Manager/Coordinator: We currently have an opportunity available for an SAP Cutover coordinator in Brisbane. This will be a 6 month contract with an immediate start date for the successful applicant.Key Tasks:
Be a central point of co-ordination for the SAP project managers and SAP project teams during the delivery and deployment stages to maximise the efficient use of resources to meet project milestones. Delivery of synergies and efficiencies of tasks within to deliver outcomes for the SAP related projects. Overall planning, preparation and execution of the cutover activities to achieve the timely transport migration to Production and Technical Go-Live. This also includes activities such as stakeholder engagement, outage requirements, cutover access requirements, status reporting, and documentation to satisfy SOX Controls. Over-sight of the management of SAP transports and SAP support packs from the development environment, to the QA environment, Training environment, Pre-Production and Production environment. Coordinating with the Business Unit implementation projects the planning and execution of the Business Unit Cutover (ie Production data migration and Business Go-Live) Identify and raise risks to the successful delivery of scope items into Production and make these known to the relevant project manager.
