Going through a period of change, this leading retail bank is undertaking a major programme to drive the way they approach and work with their customers. As part of this major change piece, they require a business analyst to provide analysis of customer insight data and ensure that new and existing products and services are appealing to customers through informing advertising campaign selection, as well as supporting the development of customer journeys and undertaking customer analysis. You will conduct analysis through the use of Teradata.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer insight and business analysis skills gained within a RETAIL BANKING environment. You will also be familiar with the use of Teradata. The assignment is due to start immediately, is based in the South West and is expected to last for 6 months.
