IT Process Implementation Specialist
The position is responsible for supporting IT process implementation, standardization and improvement initiatives. In this role you will work closely with the Clients Departments to implement and drive process foundations and continuous service improvement across the IT Service processes.
The IT Process Implementation Specialist must be a people oriented self starter who will be an individual contributor and coach/mentor IT staff and management,

Basic Qualifications:
General Experience
10 years of experience in IT Process Implementation and Process Management Roles
BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience
Professional Experience
ITIL V3 certified with ITIL implementation and/or process improvement hands-on experience
Implementation or audit experience in COBIT and/or CMMI
Deep, working knowledge of at least one of the following processes: Asset Management, SDLC, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Identity and Access Management
A general understanding of Six Sigma/Lean methodology, some experience in this field.
Other requirements
Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies, and
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional areas
Experience with diverse teams and projects or programs in the implementation of large-scale, complex IT process initiatives that achieved financial benefits
Prior experience in successful process improvement initiatives working with large, geographically dispersed team of technical professionals
Other Process Improvement Methodologies.
Professional services/consulting experience (defining engagement scope, negotiating commitments, estimating costs and creating statements of work and service level agreements) a definite plus
Strong customer focus, integrity and relationship building skills, consensus building skills, success in influencing and ability to delivery measurable results
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a deep business process and change management acumen
Strong planning, coordination and project/program management skills, including resource supply and demand planning
Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business sponsors and technologists
Prior experience driving change within and across teams
Required to know or learn IT's program and process methodology and to execute it within the established and T organizational framework and oversight processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or MA in Information Systems Management is a definite plus
ITIL intermediate level or expert level certification is a definite plus
Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certification and experience with proven results/successful projects
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a definite plus
Health Care industry experience preferred
