Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist in manage multimillion dollar VoIP upgrade for Regional Program Offices North Service Area.
Plan projects that will converge Voice, Video & Data into a single IP Network.
Oversee, coordinate, and assist the IT groups' efforts for assigned projects
Issue Tracking and Resolution
Action Item Tracking
Status and Planning Meeting Facilitation & Participation
Leading/Directing Integrated Teams Across multiple disciplines (process and technical)
Status Reporting and Process Development
Oversee -IT project schedules and plans. This is a complex activity involving the integration of project schedules from multiple IT groups
Required Skills:
5-8+ Years of Project Management
Visio
MS Project
Excellent skill level using Excel, pivot tables, with complex macros & formulas
PowerPoint
Word
Familiar with Niku and/or other Project Management Reporting Tools
Advanced communication and written skills
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of TDM, VoIP, Data & Telecommunications Networks
Experience managing Telecommunication providers or Telecommunications provider experience.
PMP Certification
BA Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
