Experienced change manager required for minimum 12 month contract. Working within the PMO and reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for undertaking initiatives to help this expanding organisation transition into an upgraded network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for assisting stakeholders to embrace new systems, processes and technologies. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply a structured change program, including communication, sponsor, coaching/training and resistance management plans
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management initiatives into overall program
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate and present results to business units and senior management
  • Support execution of change program by users, managers and key stakeholders
  • Communicate with and work alongside all levels of the business and ensure outcomes are understood

Key Requirements

  • Formal qualifications and experience in change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale change management, leading teams to achieve effective business transitions
  • Advanced project management applications experience (planning/budgeting/scheduling)
  • Interpersonal communication, negotiation and resistance management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects with conflicting priorities
